One of the best hotpot places we’ve gone to! Highly recommend the “milky soup with mushroom” base. The pricing depends on the chosen meat/seafood selection. I got the “Spain Iberian Pork.” It was sliced like beef and looked red-coloured like beef. The beef was an even more massive slice! Aside from the meats, the sides (veggies, tofu, squid paste, meat balls, etc.) and dessert were unlimited/AYCE. Everything was so fresh and delicious.

很怕顧客吃、對自己和顧客卻又很雙標的一家火鍋(分)店
小孩身高超過120公分要收$250元共鍋費,確實落實量身高,即時只是超過一點也是~ 建議分批取菜、不浪費食材,如有浪費行為則以秤重計費 規定用餐時間100分鐘,時間快到了就來收拾桌面
我們遵守店家的規定了,那店家你呢?
夾菜時發現葉菜類的尾段都爛掉了,尤其是茼蒿! 還有一部分的大白菜也是~
Q: 這種食材是允許端出來給客戶吃的? 端出來時沒看到? 補貨時也沒看到?
吃不完請店員打包,第一句話就回“我們食材不能打包外帶”;反問店員湯鍋裡只剩煮熟的麵、豬肉和單點的鴨血、這些能打包吧? 店員才改口說可以~
Q: 我們並不是吃飽後還很貪婪地把食材加好加滿叫妳打包,應該有眼睛可以看吧..... 說話方式真的讓人很不舒服 還有,叫顧客不能浪費食材,原來打包時倒掉客戶的湯底就是你們所謂的不浪費食材??
用餐過程,主食肉類已清空,但就是不見店員來收走餐盤;但用餐時間快到時,卻又很勤快地跑來問是否可收拾、然後很迅速地將桌面清空到只剩一個紙杯,讓一群大人面對空桌、尷尬地等小孩子吃冰淇淋吃完
Q: 別的店家是先提醒用餐時間剩多久,再來才是詢問可否收拾桌面(當作提醒客戶時間到了); 但築間怎麼感覺像是在趕客人一樣? 給人一張空桌、逼小孩子趕快吃就是你們的服務態度? 更何況還沒超時吧?
店家要客人不要浪費食材,結果客人吃不完要打包外帶、卻又跟防賊一樣怕人家偷你的菜?
一個瘦弱小女孩吃不到幾口就飽了、妳都要收費$250元了;外面半顆大白菜$78元、青江菜一包$20元、茼蒿更是當季食材只會更便宜,你收我的錢都還比你自己的買菜錢貴了,真的是很好笑~
我吃過這麼多家火鍋店,築間平均一個鍋要價$400~600元起跳、算是中檔價位了,但是服務態度和葉菜類食材新鮮度我認為不值那個價位!
P.S. 看到許多一星評價都是同樣的問題..........
