Kim Yo Pan (Vegan Bakery) — Restaurant in Taichung

This place is a Lil' heaven for vegans. A fully vegan bakery with a lots of sweet and salty pastries, pudding and cakes. When you enter you welcome by the cutest dog with the softest fur I've petted. I was so excited to find a fully vegan place I've ordered 2 desserts to sit, and 4 more to go.😄 Everything I've tasted was delicious, I've tried their pudding that had an amazing jiggly texture and tasted like a sweet "egg" with a hence of lemon, their lemon dressing roll that was soft and had a strong flavor of cinnamon sweet lime. I also took their peanut butter, chocolate roll, chocolate croissant that had a surprisingly stretchy white filling that felt like mochi and their cashews cake that had a delicate flavor of sweet tea and peach. This is a cute little store with tasty vegan breads and desserts. I wish it were closer to my place, but whenever I have the chance I stop by and buy a bunch of their bread to eat for my breakfast.

My favorite is the red bean bread. It’s sweet but not too sweet. Their white bread is nice and soft, and is also really good. For a nice dessert I recommend their chocolate roll.
