Moonight - Rooftop Bar — Restaurant in Taichung

Staff are friendly and speak English. Cocktails are a little small. What I don't understand is the huge wall that runs most of the length of the bar, leaving only 2 corner sections where you can see the view. It seems like a huge wasted opportunity. Watch out for the water at the corners, seems like it might be easy to fall in. Only a small area of bar actually has a view and mostly of the modern buildings nearby. I was hoping to be able to see greater Taichung and was a little disppointed. This bar has so much more potential. With some small changes (more decoration, more speakers, more furniture, maybe shelter, ...) this could be the rooftop in taichung. Nonetheless the experience was good. Professional staff kept us in good hands. Amazing view you would not expect in taichung also...
