Great presentation but food seasoning was a bit blend. One disappointment I wanted to point out for any foreign tourists that are interested in this brunch place: It is ironic that they did so many advertisements on instagram and xhs but does not accept credit card and other digital payment method considering their price range. The guy waiting my table looked nice in the beginning but somehow I felt offended by his words when I was deciding whether to go get some cash or leave. If you guys cared to let customers know your accepted payment method in your website or outside thr restaurant, then I wouldn't have had to embarrass myself there. 🙃

And when at checkout the clerk told us there’s gon be 10% surcharge for the services but when we need the service I.e have the water filled the clerk told us the 10% if for the cleaning. [餐點] 7.9分 菜單精簡，不會讓人有選擇障礙。來這邊用餐，個人想吃什麼就點，沒有特別推薦的菜色，因為每道餐點裏都有表現好的地方，也有令人產生疑問的地方。「奶酪鮭魚可頌盤」鮭魚肉質很棒，搭配的可頌酥脆不油膩，但生菜太苦了，選擇了胡麻沙拉醬，吃起來卻是和風醬。「酪梨培根牛肉堡」牛肉排可口，調味不錯，但餐點整體太油，培根吃起來只有熟，彷彿沒有煎過，無法入口，直接打包帶回家再處理。美式漢堡的培根不該都得煎得焦脆嗎？「熔岩巧克力」不甜，很好，但跟熔岩一點關係都沒有，直到挖到蛋糕的核心，也不見有巧克力漿流出，建議更改餐點名稱，或真的做出熔岩感，另外，蛋糕體也偏硬。最後，建議飲料與「超值COMBO」裏的甜食，在點單系統裏可以跟單點的甜點一樣，有「後上」的選項，用餐當天在主餐未到的狀況下，甜食與飲料都來了，著實讓人措手不及。

[服務] 7.9分 基本服務有到位，但服務人員的態度可以再親切、熱情一點，因為不清楚餐廳的定位，但如果是走美式，服務人員跟客人的互動可以多一點，可以主動詢問客人的用餐狀況或體驗，在餐期一次就好不用多，餐廳也不大，服務人員多走動一下無妨。畢竟額外收了10%的費用，點餐、結帳跟倒水也是客人自己來。

[環境] 8.1分 餐廳環境小而美。不過，工作區域的面積與高度，在當初設計規劃時，如果可以縮減與降低一些，客人的用餐區域就會更寬闊，也不會有稍稍的壓迫感。此外，靠窗的長排座椅，高度與餐桌不太契合，感覺座椅高度較高，餐桌高度較低，用餐起來沒有很舒適。
