Wei Bar — Restaurant in Taichung

Was looking forward to this bar because of the reviews. Went as a walk-in without a reservation but thankfully they still give me a table though they did warn me about a 30 minute wait for drinks, so I’m not that disappointed that it took a while for my 2 drinks to arrive. But still… it took 45 minutes. Would’ve been fine if the ambiance was nice but I was seated upstairs where the decor just looked like it was assembled with random mismatched furniture. It was a bit disorganized, complete with random cardboard boxes stacked in a corner making the ambiance feel like I was in an attic. When the drinks arrived they were alright, though a bit pricey with all things considered. Not worth for another...

Fantastic hidden gem. A welcoming place with lovely staff. We tried some great cocktails, made professionally with beautiful garnishes. Reasonable price, great atmosphere and music. The place is relaxing. Very comfortable seating and good lighting.
