The porridge is light and watery which isn’t bad. You can still taste the grains. This is rice porridge and not congee. Although this place is called oyster porridge, the star is the mixed plate of roast pork and meat roll. Waited 10min in a long line but service was very fast and effeicient! Recommend the oyster or comprehensive (oyster + pork) porridge which is a big filling bowl of comforting fragrant celery and rice in shifan style make sure to add some white pepper powder! The side dishes are all satisfying but I must particularly recommend the meat roll and the fried marinated red pork!! A small restaurant that specialize on making porridge. They do offer plain porridge without oyster if you have shellfish allergy.

I ordered the oyster porridge with side dish of pork. The porridge was packed with flavors and sweetness from the oyster. The pork was also juicy ad salty, perfectly complemented the porridge.
