Teh tarik is........totally taste like MAXTEA instant teh tarik, a little bit disappointed. BUT, from Taiwanese review, it really tasty, the Rendang Beef is soft and tasty, and not spicy at all. Fry sambal kangkong smells good, but they added small sakura shrimp on it......then it become Taiwanese style....faint! Then the Bak kut teh, it smells and taste like Pork belly soup because it only full of white pepper smells, it's more like Singaporean style but i wouldn't say that....because Singaporean style has both white pepper and tonic taste. Sweet and sour pork rib is good taste same as Cantonese, and they are consideration to adjust the quantity into 6pcs to fit our 6 adults. Turmeric rice is made of Taiwanese rice, not long grain rice....hmmm, Taiwanese turmeric rice. The environment is good and comfortable, thanks for the service!! This is challenging to running a asian restaurant when making decision of local taste vs Taiwanese taste, so BOSS,...
