女友知道我對日料的喜愛與堅持,特別告知我以前她就算外帶鮭魚生魚片回家將近1-2小時,那生魚片的口感不會讓她覺得噁心,女友精心訂位前往用餐🍽️
外觀與服務: 店內有許多小飾品跟食玩,座位也算寬敞,有個鮪魚的解剖圖讓我覺得很可愛,吧台冰生魚片的展冰溫度正常,打開門有有霧的冷空氣出來,且內部風扇聲音正常。服務還不錯,跟櫃台表示要拍照與留菜單回應都態度不錯👌
單點莆燒穴子魚+溫泉蛋:$110&30 穴子魚肉質較細緻,沒魚刺,莆燒醬調味普通,口味中規中矩;溫泉蛋的醬油甜甜的,調味沒有太重,單吃非常好吃,可以點10顆來拌飯🤣
單點鮭魚生魚片&鮭魚肚握壽司:$225&$110 生魚片應是與爭x叫貨,已修清完畢,油花分布超級均勻,斷筋有乾淨,厚度約1-1.2公分左右,退冰程度剛剛好,沒有過頭,卻也沒有太冰冰到牙齒,生魚片的品質真的很可以;鮭魚肚握壽司油花就還好,很可惜不夠漂亮,厚度期望可以再厚,所以建議點生魚片即可,握壽司普通。
客制丼$495:鮭魚、干貝、炙燒比目魚、赤蝦 吃了點薑去除雜味,先吃白色干貝,干貝甜味美味,這干貝鮮甜還保留,干貝表現亮眼;比目魚炙燒後可能油花較少,比較沒有入口即化,所以油脂的香氣略顯不足;赤蝦肉質Q談,也有將泥腸去除,很乾淨沒有其它味道;鮭魚生魚片與剛剛單點生魚片口感相同;醋飯米粒粒粒分明,飯的溫度剛好,醬油選的很好,非常適合配飯吃。
味增湯、雞軟骨:$套餐附&單點$70 味增湯普通,使用一般白味增;雞軟骨調味非常好吃,雞軟骨我極度推薦,這個超下酒下飯,真的是可以點3盤沒問題👍
總結: 貴店的醬油選的很好,山葵是用天然的不嗆鼻,也不會搶走食材味道;米飯粒粒分明且溫度控制得宜,才不會因為醋酸而影響香氣;鮭魚生魚片跟雞軟骨、溫泉蛋可以點;自製丼選擇彈性高,建議來點這碗。商品很適合拍照,但對男生來說可能會吃不飽😅需要再單點;這邊停車位需仰賴附近新時代的百貨或是周邊停車場,假日難停,機車也都需付費,現場只收現金不接受刷...
