三津制麵x水萬湯麵 Vegan — Restaurant in Tainan

Resplendently delicious 😋

Happened to be looking around for vegan eats in Tainan for a long while and auspiciously landed upon this divine restaurant.

Situated right at the beginning of Hai’an Road (just north is a wonderful promenade and perfect place for an evening stroll after the meal) and on the street of Jian’an.

Noodle house itself is serene and gentle; lit well with a very sweet ambiance/atmosphere.

Shop is of a modest size and at that time was quite full with the last of the evenings dinner customers (happened to arrive just before closing).

Was graciously seated at the counter in a very timely manner and treated to a most deliteful meal.

Ordered the set with Oatmilk tea and sides of boiled vegetables and red oil wontons (perfectly spicy and soooo scrumptious!).

After the meal had the opportunity to talk to the owners (a lovely and kind mother and her daughter). We conversed until closing.

Afterwards I headed north on Hai’an; swooning thru the evening crowds, little shops, markets and bars. Gazing out at the beautiful lights of Tainan City.

VEGAN HEAVEN! 全素天堂！top three in the best vegan noodles ive had in taiwan (and ive tried a lot) perfect noodle texture, thoughtful sauce pairings, super relaxing vintage inspired environment, and nice eating wares. so so good. will come back here everytime im in tainan! the employees are so kind and even checked in with us after to see what we thought, gave us some candies, and invited us to sit and rest longer after eating saying no rush to leave😊 this is one of my favorite restaurants in taiwan, i’m excited to know they’re opening...
