Why why why !!! 😅 What a place to run the tradition and culture of Taiwanese local food from generations after generation. Why not this place is recognized by the Michelin?? Seats inside and outside, countable tables long lines, 4-5 people working there, servicing at a very slow pace 😜. Opened from 17.00- 00.00 but still watch out for the yellow sign board which might be changed from now and then. Coming to the menu, very simple yet delicate dishes! Pig heart rice noodles - 55NTD$ for a very generous amount tasty- very distinctive taste where the boss cuts the heart in a shape which makes the thick and ripped heart to just dissolve like a jelly in your mouth Pork liver with sesame oil - 60$ NTD only recommended to people who love the smell of sesame, oh boy oh boy it’s very strong! Very delicate with a pink texture, also with a generous amount of cut ginger in the bowl. Garlic pork knuckles: drizzled with soy and salt sauce, as a foreigner I normally eat the barbecued version of the knuckle but this was very interesting, oh the medical and herbal soup was a treat to the mouth. Overall if you have the patience to stand for at least 30 minutes then it’s okay and the eating time doesn’t take more than 10 minutes so decide for yourself 😉 Bon appetite fellows Peace ✌️ ✌️ ✌️

A small vendor located in downtown Tainan, surrounded by various traditional local street foods Hot waiting line among open hours, went there twice during my trip, both at around 12am but still waited for around 15-20 mins for takeaway Love the pig heart soup very much, pig heart is cooked chewy without strong gamey smells. Soup itself is full of flavor and delicious, not too oily. However sizes are relatively tiny compared to its price Cash only, recommended for traditional street food lovers

Fill in the paper form and wait your tagged number to be call. 3. Food arrives at no particular order (hence later number may come before me but it’s fine as I have amber time). 4. Enjoy the famous pig’s heart noodle soup.

A typical hole-in-the-wall. Went there due to the high rating. However I could not figure out why it is so popular for the locals. It tastes not bad, but certainly not worthy visiting intentionally. The kidney is tender, but tasteless. The pig heart and liver are more flavorable. From queueing, ordering, to ready for eat, 10 staff this greasy spoon in a very effective way. well done.

A must go place if you love pig heart and kidneys. If you never tried before, please try it here I guarantee you will fall in love with it. The heart and the kidney is just so tender and tasty to the point that 2 min after I left the joint I felt the need to return already. Definitely worth a try if you are in Tainan and happened to be during their opening hour (they open late)

Long queue but definitely worth waiting! The portion is just nice. Pig heart glass noodle is a must try. First time trying pig heart, taste like a juicy lean pork slice to me :) Soup is good! I'm not a fans of pork liver yet I think it's in the perfect texture. Not too crumbly & not too dry. Will definitely come back during my next visit to Tainan.
