中午想吃個壽司之類的google map出現的店家，後來細想這是許久前台南行想吃剛好當天公休的店家。 台南近幾年多了好多網紅人氣店。店小小的到店時已經快午間一點。猶豫了一下還是點了丼飯想說店名就說了招牌。 送上來丼飯蠻大一碗，重點是，每一樣魚料都很好吃，各樣本身的鮮甜都吃的出來。 海膽就是甜的，沒有其他什麼別的不舒服的味道， 蝦也是甜的，鰻魚肉非常細膩，帶點微甜的烹調處理。 鰭邊肉就是肥美搭配醋飯很剛好。 甘貝也是，甜的。 每樣東西都有自己美味的味道，跟著醋飯搭配。 其實因為魚料的新鮮好吃是想各項壽司分別加點一貫，只是丼飯一碗下肚。我只弱弱的加了一個海膽握。。。 海膽握不是非常大但應該也放了3，4片，入口也就是更多海膽的甜。食材及處理真的很不錯。90元一顆我覺得非常佛心。 總之，這家小店非常推薦，也是之後再訪台南會再來的口袋店。 老闆也很親切看到我在查咖啡店還主動推薦我下，台南人都這麼親切齁~

台南中西區民權路上的日式料理店 除了丼飯還有一些握壽司和小菜可品嚐 正面看招牌並不顯眼，店內空間也不大 透明食物櫥窗和木製的櫃台透露出濃濃日式氛圍 圖為 炙燒盛和海鮮丼(星鰻、鮭魚、比目魚、紅天使蝦、干貝、海膽、鮭魚卵) 端上桌能聞到淡淡的炙燒香氣和看見大方地擺盤 店家多選用油脂較多的魚類 用炙燒帶出魚類油脂的香氣 並讓生冷的食材變得更柔滑 在醋飯方面也不馬虎 不過濕過黏是基本 粒粒分明且帶有微微的酸甜味 搭上魚類油脂的焦香是一口接一口 鮭魚卵則是在鹹鮮味和口感上畫龍點睛 雖然整體份量不多 但口味確實不錯 整碗吃完連哇沙米都不用沾

Got take out here during the lockdown. Slightly on the pricey side but it's very much worth it. Both the beef and the seafood were excellent, with fresh ingredients and a satisfying portion. Leaves you happy yet...
