If you are looking for Japanese food in Tainan, this is the right place for you to be! Was skeptical at first because it is pretty far from places and the street was empty when I got there But it was WOW! Got take out here during the lockdown. Slightly on the pricey side but it's very much worth it. Both the beef and the seafood were excellent, with fresh ingredients and a satisfying portion. Leaves you happy yet...

來訪很多次，每次都是新鮮美味😋 店內環境明亮整潔，海鮮新鮮料多 曾經吃過某高級餐廳的安康魚肝， 味道腥到從此有陰霾😨 但兵衛丼的安康魚肝丼翻轉了我對安康魚肝的印象 真的很嫩很香沒有腥味喔😍 滿口豐富的DHA 一點也不膩的把整碗都嗑完了 炙燒盛合海鮮丼也很好吃👍

中午想吃個壽司之類的google map出現的店家，後來細想這是許久前台南行想吃剛好當天公休的店家。 台南近幾年多了好多網紅人氣店。店小小的到店時已經快午間一點。猶豫了一下還是點了丼飯想說店名就說了招牌。 送上來丼飯蠻大一碗，重點是，每一樣魚料都很好吃，各樣本身的鮮甜都吃的出來。 海膽就是甜的，沒有其他什麼別的不舒服的味道， 蝦也是甜的，鰻魚肉非常細膩，帶點微甜的烹調處理。 鰭邊肉就是肥美搭配醋飯很剛好。 甘貝也是，甜的。 每樣東西都有自己美味的味道，跟著醋飯搭配。 其實因為魚料的新鮮好吃是想各項壽司分別加點一貫，只是丼飯一碗下肚。我只弱弱的加了一個海膽握。。。 海膽握不是非常大但應該也放了3，4片，入口也就是更多海膽的甜。食材及處理真的很不錯。90元一顆我覺得非常佛心。 總之，這家小店非常推薦，也是之後再訪台南會再來的口袋店。 老闆也很親切看到我在查咖啡店還主動推薦我下，台南人都這麼親切齁~
