心得：如果你/妳是臺南人大家都會知道的。這裡的肉燥飯很甜，非常適合「觀光客」😆 1.上來的牛肉湯不是熱騰騰的那種 2.二樓衛生紙沒了只能去廁所拿 3.上菜速度極慢，貌似人手不足的樣子 4.環境上在台南牛肉湯的環境來說是我踏遍所有店家最好的 5.櫃檯的要有警覺性，送餐的也要！前面先出餐時，已提醒還有炒飯未上，應該是要跟櫃台確認才對，忙歸忙讓人乾等了三十分鐘都喝完湯了完食肉燥飯還沒看到飯，感受很糟。(送單下去完全沒核對餐點，只說用完再結帳)

結語：客觀的稍微看了一下其他人評論，店家應該是偏向服務人多（點火鍋）的客人較重要‼️現場只有我們這桌人口少，以單...

大概9.去完全不用排隊 原本很開心 等到9.30一道菜都沒上 連肉燥飯都出不來 後面一組人甚至等上菜等太久走人了 零星幾桌客人而已 很明顯不是店員太少的問題 經過我們桌邊還說「欸我們怎麼連湯都沒有」 然後過1分鐘湯來了飯也來了 那你前面在幹嘛？

溫體牛肉片太厚 不夠嫩 湯不夠甜 建議全部都去吃三大牛肉火鍋 那才是台南拿得出檯面的牛肉火鍋 刀工好 肉嫩 上菜速度快 這樣一盤也要 $350 吃不出這個價值 抱歉

一致認為熱炒比火鍋好吃 熱炒的牛肉也比較嫩（？）熱炒還是推薦的...
