🥣 烤地瓜松露濃湯 使用台南在地的黃地瓜與紅地瓜熬煮兩小時，完全不加麵粉勾芡，口感濃郁卻自然甘甜，松露的香氣與地瓜的甜完美融合。

🥗 伊比利火腿起司沙拉 選用風乾15個月的伊比利火腿，搭配爽脆的新鮮生菜與濃郁起司，鹹香中帶出清爽的層次，既開胃又高級感十足。

🍳 松露小農節瓜起司烘蛋 外表樸實卻內藏驚喜，節瓜的清甜與蛋香、起司的濃郁及松露香氣堆疊得恰到好處，溫潤滑順。

🦐 西利亞蒜味蝦 蒜香濃郁撲鼻，蝦子新鮮彈牙、香氣十足，搭配烤的酥香的法國麵包吸附醬汁，是那種會忍不住想把盤子舔乾淨的好吃程度。
