It is usually crowded. If you don’t reserve a table in advanced, waiting for seat usually takes some time. Not easy to find a parking space around this area during the weekend and it is expensive for paying for parking. During the night time in the weekend, it charged NTD$ 50/ hr. 小豪洲沙茶爐中山店 住址：台南市中西區中山路111號 預約電話：（06）220 5777 內用✓外帶✓外送✓ 營業時間如下： 星期四10:30–23:30 星期五10:30–23:30 星期六10:30–23:30 星期日10:30–23:30 星期一10:30–23:30 星期二10:30–23:30 星期三10:30–23:30 平日的中午陰天，打球累了想補補身體，自然是想到小豪洲沙茶爐，小豪洲沙茶爐是台南沙茶爐界老字號的扛霸子，想吃古早味的沙茶爐，當然指定小豪洲。 我們點的品名是豬肉沙茶爐，因為想吃花枝，花枝缺貨當中，只有豬肉沙茶爐有配一些花枝。 我們點了一碗白飯 一份台灣牛肉 一份台灣豬肉 一份台灣豬肝 一份鮮蛤蠣 一份鮮蝦 一份綜合菇 一份芋頭 一份玉米 我跟老公兩個人是大胃王，喜歡在中午吃得豐富澎湃，所以霹靂啪啦點了一大堆的菜，這些菜擺滿了整個桌子，一份都不能少，因為這些都是我們所喜歡的菜色。 說到沙茶醬料，這是他們家的獨門配方，又香又濃稠，特殊的沙茶風味無可取代，任何食材只要沾上了絕對好吃。 高麗菜的菜量頗多，玉米的份量也很多，值得稱頌的豬肝量多、鮮嫩好吃，極少吃內臟的我讚不絕口。蝦子肥美新鮮、物超所值，芋頭事先炒過增加其香味，放在湯鍋熬煮好吃極了。 特別署名的台灣豬、台灣牛，當然媲美吃到飽的冷凍肉品，鮮蛤粒粒飽滿，增加了湯汁的鮮美。 服務人員也很親切，冷氣又強又冷適合吃火鍋的氛圍，在這吃鍋不用緊張，不限時間慢慢吃。 如果店家設一個霜淇淋機，那就真的太美好，吃飽飽再來一個冰品，大人小孩都開心。
