Serving traditional Taiwanese seafood stir-fried into several dozen well balanced dishes, the chef prepares each dish with the freshest of ingredients and garnishes them with edible and elaborate collections of locally grown fruits, vegetables and herbs. All of the raw fish are displayed on a bed of ice while the shell fish are still swimming around in their tanks for you to peruse before meeting their end on your plate.
