One of my worst dining experiences at a food court. Food is awful: the pictures look delicious but what comes into your plate is totally different. Portion is small, the meat is of the lowest quality possible, the rice is mushy, and the worst of all, the side dishes taste weird. I just couldn't finish it. And they charged a premium for being inside a mall. Avoid at all cost.

去Lalaport 的店吃 蔥燒醬爆牛口味 像不會煮菜的工讀生做出來的 有很多糊糊的肉末泡泡、肉吃起來粉粉噁心噁心的 三杯雞也不好吃 出餐速度很快，我才點餐完畢走到位置屁股還沒有坐下，居然就已經做好了 拿到餐，餐點上的肉都不是熱的 感覺就像 預製 加熱微波，偏偏工讀生還加熱的不用心 連湯都喝得出來日式醬油味 烏梅汁也像濃縮汁泡出來的味道 不是不能用濃縮汁，是所有品項都超雷連飲料都不好喝 這種東西端的出來，只能說老闆不用心在做事業

第一次吃到宮福，覺得蠻美味的，所以去了第二次，結果遇到非常噁心的事情。 店員配錯餐點給客人，客人拿走後，理論上要嘛送客人吃，要嘛回收倒掉，但這間店蠻特別的，他選擇給下一個購買這個餐點的客人，也就是我本人，好巧不巧，我親眼目睹那個店員要衝出櫃位拿回餐點，所以好奇的想看看發生什麼事，剛好看到那位客人用筷子翻餐點還跟同行的友人開心聊天（應該有口水噴到飯上面），也很幸運看到店員沒有猶豫的要把那個餐點給我😊...

第一次給一星，趕時間的人不要來，動作實在太慢了！

1.點餐後等了15分鐘還沒上，因為要搭火車決定改外帶 2.櫃檯阿姨1號聽了之後跑去後場，然後人就不見了？也沒有把問題傳達給其他人 3.再次向阿姨2號表達要改外帶，她說要問後場有沒有做，但中途又去處理其他客人的問題？！ 4.最後我說要退款，阿姨2號仍然因為處理其他客人的問題而忽略我

從表達要改外帶，時間又過了10幾分鐘，真的快來不及趕火車，

我沒有拿到餐點就走了

也沒有等到阿姨來幫我退款

而且從頭到尾，我都不知道那份餐點到底做了沒有。

最不能接受的點是：這間餐廳位於繁忙車站的美食街，但所有人的動作都很慢！

櫃檯阿姨每個動作都很慢，可以看到後場男性廚師的動作也是慢條斯理。累積了一大堆客人的餐出不去，人員溝通不良、搞不清楚狀況，真的非常不適合在如此繁忙的地方開餐廳。拜託再多訓練員...
