We love it so much that we went back twice in the same week, even though it is 45mins away.
筒仔米糕: I love it. The sauce goes well with the sticky rice. My partner doesn’t like it through. It is subjective. 卤肉饭: My partner loves this braised pork rice. The sauce is not too salty or sweet. I personally didn’t like it as much as it is fatty, personally prefer with some lean meat. 排骨汤: we tried a few different versions, winter melon, bitter gourd. Each comes with 4 meat slices - pretty generous. Taste is mildly sweet, no msg aftertaste. 空心菜: our favourite dish! The vegetable is incredibly tender and crisp! The dressing has garlic and shallot oil which is so fragrant and elevated the whole dish! Humbled by this simple dish! 卤猪脚: we like it. Still has a good balance of QQ texture on the skin and pretty tender meat. I do not those melt in mouth type. Sauce is also well balanced- not too salty or sweet. Could be stronger with more herbs. 卤蛋:it was pretty ordinary. Prefer the 7-11 茶叶蛋 as the latter’s egg yolk is more creamy.

控肉 (kòng ròu, braised pork belly) was a bit dry, but the 苦瓜排骨湯 (kǔ guā pái gǔ tāng, bitter melon soup with pork ribs) was amazing, super tender, rich in umami, and so good I finished the whole bowl even in the hot day. Stir-fried vegetables were simple but tasty as well!
米糕 (mǐ gāo, steamed glutinous rice cake) was too soaky for me, the grains stuck together and didn’t have a nice bite. The sauce poured over was too much; I personally don’t enjoy it with that kind of dressing.

Read more一、滷排骨便當、滷控肉便當、滷白菜、便當菜高麗菜、紅椒不錯,滷肉飯也還不錯。 1.滷肉飯便當:內用外帶都以紙餐盒盛裝,肉燥以肥絞肉製作,不油膩,微甜,若能稍微降低糖量味道會更好。配菜四樣,滷白菜清脆,加了炸過的蛋絲,味道稍淡而不够鹹,筍乾脆且不油,淡淡的酸,味道不錯。滷蛋可以,若能滷得再入味點味道會更好。油豆腐滷得入味,味道很好。米飯不軟爛,若能再黏Q點口感會更好。整體份量可以,一般男士吃完近八分飽。 2.滷排骨便當:截長補短,排骨實測長寬厚約1180.7公分,醃過,裹薄粉,應是先炸再滷,口感軟嫩鮮甜,似乎有加酒醃製,有淡淡酒香及甜味,鹹度適中,味道很好。配菜三樣,白菜、海帶炒白精靈菇、油豆腐都不錯,口味清爽。份量可以,一般男士吃完約八分飽。覺得奇怪的是與滷肉飯便當、米糕便當相比,滷排骨便當價格較高,配菜反而少了一樣,另外做為配菜的滷油豆腐,份量少了一點。(2025.05更新:再點滷排骨便當,主配菜都維持水準,但配菜由原本的三樣減為只有高麗菜和彩椒二樣) 3.米糕便當:筒仔米糕搭配四樣配菜,米糕糯米軟而微黏,個人覺得再稍硬Q點口感會更好,米糕配料有一片里肌肉、1/4片滷蛋、香菇片、蝦米、油蔥,除里肌肉稍柴外,都有到位。四樣配菜,滷蛋若能滷得入味點味道會更好,滷白菜、筍絲都不錯,油豆腐小了一點。 4.滷控肉便當:截長補短,控肉實測長寬厚約1251.2公分,滷得油亮入味,肉質鮮甜,肥肉肥而不膩,瘦肉紮實而不柴,淋在米飯上的肉汁就稍油了一點,若能少油味道會更好。和滷排骨便當一樣三樣配菜,本日青椒肉絲、高麗菜、滷油豆腐都不錯。份量可以,一般男士吃完近八分飽。(2025.05更新:再點滷控肉便當,評價同前,不同的是配菜由原本的三樣減為大黃瓜與高麗菜二樣 ) 5.滷豬腳便當:主菜滷豬腳有四塊,都是腳蹄而沒有腿庫,二塊軟而不爛,二塊帶筋較Q彈,有一塊仍殘留不少短毛,味道不油不過鹹但稍偏甜,若能降低糖量味道會更好,豬腳膠質多,吃完嘴唇稍有黏著感。三樣配菜,滷油豆腐是固定的,豆干炒青菜還不錯,高麗菜鮮甜度一般。 6.雞肉絲飯便當:主菜是不帶皮的雞肉絲,口感稍柴,四樣配菜,滷白菜、筍絲維持不錯的水準,油豆腐還不錯,若能稍微降低糖量味道會更好,滷蛋和以往一樣,滷汁沒有入味,稍淡而不夠鹹。(2024.03更新:再次點雞肉絲飯便當,雞肉絲仍柴,但配菜滷白菜、芹菜炒干絲都不錯,滷蛋沒有完全入味) 7.滷肉飯:肉燥以肥肉製作,肥而不膩,鋪在米飯上份量不少,拌飯吃很可口,鹹中帶點甜,若能稍微降低糖量味道會更好。米飯煮得軟Q,口感佳。 8.燙空心菜:清燙後拌油鹽及蒜蓉,口感清脆,吃來像是用炒的而不像清燙,若能少油味道會更好。另以價格來說,份量應該可以再多一點。(2023.09更新:請店家油減半,結果空心菜變成清燙完全沒拌油也沒調味,也太極端了) 9.滷豆腐:軟嫩,但滷得沒入味,所淋醬油膏鹹度適中,但稍偏甜,若能降低甜度味道會更好。 10.滷白菜:加蝦米、蛋絲、蒜頭共煮,軟嫩但沒到軟爛的程度,不過油,白菜清甜,蝦米的鮮味有加分效果。 11.筍絲:加少量酸菜共煮,吃來微脆不過油,酸度若能稍微提高味道會更好。 12.高麗菜:點滷白菜已經賣完,改點便當配菜高麗菜,清脆鮮甜,不油,配料的木耳絲微脆,紅蘿蔔絲沒有菜腥味,味道不錯,不過沒有保溫,吃到時已是涼的。 13.青花菜:便當菜,可單點,口感偏硬,調味稍淡而不夠鹹,倒是做為配角的紅蘿蔔絲有自然的甜味且沒有菜腥味,優於主角。 14.絲瓜:便當菜,切片,不會過薄,口感可以,鮮甜度還不錯,另加了蝦米提味,但少部分絲瓜外皮較粗且稍微黑掉,沒有削乾淨。 15.紅椒:便當菜,軟中微帶點脆,搭配切條的蟹味棒和少許肉絲,組合新奇,口感味道都不錯。 16.金針排骨湯:湯味道可以,金針煮得偏軟,個人覺得微帶點脆口感較佳,排骨四小塊,二塊肉質ok,另外二塊柴掉了。 二、店內採用不鏽鋼桌、圓凳,環境算乾淨,因為是鐵皮屋,夏天較熱。 三、內用於上餐時付款,可使用多元行動支付(街口支付、LINE Pay、台灣Pay、悠遊付、全支付、icash...
