Just incredible shop for coffee purists! Pages and pages of house-roasted choices for drip coffee, mostly light roast but there are other types as well. Descriptions of all the flavors. I recommend the "group" (组) which is the same coffee served both hot and iced.

There are espresso options; the bean choices look limited for espresso, but it's nice that you can choose a combo, e.g. espresso+latte or espresso+ristretto. The owner (?) seemed like he was a pourover master though, so I just wanted to try drip coffee there.

You can also buy beans to take home.

The owner is very friendly, he speaks a little English so you can place an order easily. Seats are limited so you should only stay for 90 minutes if it's not a slow day.

This place is amazing. The shop itself is tidy and intimate which allows you to interact well with the owner. They have a wide selection of coffee beans and even offer an all-you-can-drink option if you want to try a few different beans while you're there. Keep an eye out for more exotic offerings that the owner might have even if they're not part of the all-you-can-drink menu. There are beans there that you'd be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. Each coffee is brewed to order and then a portion is poured into a tube that is set in ice water. This allows you to try the coffee two different ways.
