I ordered bean noodles with beef tendon, egg pancake rolls and a cold soybean milk. The service here was relatively rapid like all the things coming in merely 3 minutes. Its egg pancake rolls go pretty well with the soy sauce paste, so I highly recommend ordering that and try dipping the roll. You need to take chopsticks, spoon for soup, saucers and sauces from the tableware area. In addition, I’ve always been eating bean noodles and I prefer the texture of those than that of typical noodles because bean noodles are even smoother and softer. I mostly order dishes with beef tendons because they are almost as tender as jelly even though they are more expensive. The fried bread stick is already kinda crunchy even though floating on the soup. I’d tried the original fried bread sticks which were very long and crispier than fried chicken in my experience. We stumbled upon this noodle shop by chance. The interior was spacious, air-conditioned, and very clean — a pleasant surprise for a casual eatery.

The food was fairly average, seemingly catered to the local neighborhood. We ordered a bowl of braised beef noodles and a plate of dumplings.

The dumplings were quite ordinary, while the braised beef noodles came with both beef tendon and brisket. The noodles were on the softer side, and the broth was decently flavorful with a touch of sweetness.

hidden gem!!! this place was bomb it had great seating and it was clean with ac.their 牛肉面 was so good 😭 i love the not super salty/spicy yet really strong flavor. the beef was so good and the texture of the noodles was perfect . their dumplings were so beautiful. doujiang was pretty good too. the service was amazing i felt like i was at home. i don't understand the bad reviews like dont focus on what they dont have im just really grateful such an authentic place exists in the middle of the city. locals love this place...
