Omakase experiences in Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan varied. Not sure if it's due to local preferences, the source of the seafood, or other elements that influence the flavours.

Today, the chef has brought out umami through simplicity. My favourites include smoked hamachi marinated in sake and soy, shirako in vinaigrette, and also a torched semi-cooked version. Ended with pomelo jelly, which I would have had more of if I weren't so full!

This is my first time having Omakase solo. And if you are planning to do so, I highly recommend to do it in Taipei! I met 12 great people, including the Chef and hostess-CC! Hospitality and friendliness here are what keep me coming...

日落後黎明終將來到。

前些時候突然腦袋閃過鹿羣，想著許久未訪結果竟然發現已關門大吉，幸好拜估狗大神所賜，找到了阿翰千千他倆近期重開的小天地，逮到時間立馬安排，空間更大更舒適也更氣派了，兩人合作無間恣意揮灑游刃有餘，往後需要再更常報到了。
