Newly opened cute little Korean canteen. Got myself a nice beef kimbap and japchae (didn’t take a good pic cuz I was hungry).

The kimbap is so fresh and delicious perfect for a hot day, or for any day. Would be even more perfect with some kimchi on the side.

The japchae really is the main event here. Once I opened the container, I got a heavenly whiff of sesame oil that made my mouth water.

And I am not exaggerating when I say this is probably THE best japchae I’ve ever had. The aroma great, the veggies and mushrooms are the perfect fit for this.

They have vegetarian options for the kimbap, and the japchae is mostly vegetarian (except for the egg strips on top).

No negative things to say, I absolutely recommend anyone who is around the area...

Very delicious kimbap and lovely, very hardworking Korean owners. I had the beef kimbap and while it took a few minutes, it was well worth the wait.
