U Square by A Train — Restaurant in Taipei

This was the second of the alphabet restaurants I’ve tried and it was excellent to say the least. The service was on point and the atmosphere of this place is really geared toward date night or intimate meet up spot. For the food we had duck pizza, ox tongue, and chicken salad all of which were presented beautifully and in a timely manner. The pizza was ok, the salad was better, but the ox tongue was excellent and I was impressed with the waiter’s introduction of the ox tongue to us when it came to the table. For the drinks we had a virgin mojito, a peach flavored cocktail and a berry flavored one (both of the cocktails were recommended by the waiter based on my preference). The music was also at the right volume so that I could talk without shouting and was not distracted by the other diners. The only thing I didn’t like was the couch was to soft and while sitting on it , I was significantly lower than the table and my dining partner who was sitting on a regular chair. And also if I were to recline then I would’ve been too far away from my date and unable to hear her. Also, I ordered truffle fries but they never showed and I forgot to ask the waiter about them because the rest of the food was enough and I’d already had two drinks. However, do not let that deter you from visiting the place for dinner or a drink. It is a truly comfortable and fun place to visit and hang out and I would definitely go back...

The drinks were not bad, almost all of service was also good, atmosphere was good. But groups sitting next to us were really loud and annoying. Also one of workers who wear flower dotted shirt(I’m not sure but he didn’t wear plain color black shirt) seems like trying to help them get more excited, giving them free shot tequila or something, destroying nice atmosphere, and sitting next to my friend for maybe sitting next to person of other group (but it was really annoying and she thought it very uncomfortable ). Sometimes it’s maybe good but we could not enjoy the time with my accompany really well today. I’m really disappointed to this time in your bar because one of my friends recommended me to this bar, and I was really looking forward to coming to this bar. 廁所地板都吐不清理害客人踩到 店員還滿口沒幫助的廢話！ 一直說會清理廁所 也沒協助客人清理鞋子 掃興至極！酒也不優、貴 結束時店員還過來吵架一副要幹架的樣子 流氓哦？

更----- 業主回應不符事實 廁所有嘔吐並未清理並標示，尚未打掃乾淨根本沒人知道。

人員知道第一時間「沒有協助處理」！客人要求提供「大量」濕紙巾讓我們「自行清理」，店員一開始來還只給一張！聽到客人抱怨廁所髒還在那教育客人可以即時反應讓他們清理廁所，針對個人踩髒的鞋子，沒任何關心跟「主動協助」。 已經夠倒楣了，第一時間沒得到任何協助，要我們一直提要求，還要聽店家教育訓話，誰這樣喝酒會開心！？

後續離開店家手都是嘔吐味，回去洗手還遇到店員「主動」上來質問，「態度一副要打架的樣子」！到底是怎樣？ 而且這位店員，此前並未與客人有任何對話，什麼都不知道的情況下，到底是來兇什麼？

廁所有嘔吐店家確實不能隨時知道誰都明白 但是客人已經很倒楣的情況下 抱怨幾句廁所都吐、很髒被聽到 你店家就需要這樣過來教育一堆嗎？ 客人就已經自己在那擦鞋了洗鞋沒心情喝酒了 假日心情整個被破壞 誰還有心情聽那些廢話？

待客之道不是要店家把客人當皇上 但也應該更多將心比心吧！ 轉換立場，付了錢沒喝夠 整天就在那清理鞋子 抱怨一下還被教訓，誰會開心？

2更--- 現在還把嘔吐物賴到我們身上...？ 你監視器到底看到什麼，我不知道，但你賴到我們身上也太扯！！！！ 之所以沒看到嘔吐物，是因為那不是一大片，是零散在各地（除了小便斗那塊沒有），起初進去覺得非常臭，但根本不知道是什麼，就是因為太零散要細看，如果看到誰會踩進去阿！！！ 另外，踩回來以後，整個飲酒區全都是嘔吐味，反胃的無法飲酒，才開始處理鞋子，如果最起初就是我們造成，那我們如何喝兩杯酒？其味道非常惡臭！

同上，他並不是一大片，是很像清理過後，但沒清理乾淨的痕跡，不仔細看一開始根本不知道。

「一副要打架的樣子」此用詞確實主觀，但其餘店員還過來拉，不就大家也都認為快打起來了嗎？ 要知道，我對該店員沒任何惡言相向、挑釁言論，因為也與他無關，只是覺得，這種態度也太誇張！...
