I rated it as a bakery, not as charity. I bought a bo-lo bread and a shredded pork cheese bread. Bread were ok, close to average. I took them from one of the tray on the table outside of the bakery labeled sale. When I checked them out, the female staff didn't apply the discount. I asked, and she was so opinionated and said"The label is hanging on that tray, of course it means discount only applies to that tray. How would you think this bread gets a discount?" 剛剛去消費曲奇禮盒 整體覺得態度很不耐煩 女店員專門在招待招呼客人的女店員 頭髮大概到肩膀有染頭髮的 並沒有比旁邊一起工作的男服務員來得親切 要買新年禮盒順便詢問了 喜餅禮盒 先前她已經先介紹了蓋子蓋起來是沒有了 還有 後面商品沒有了 這個我當下記得 但想詢問的是後面訂購的量 要怎麼訂購 也回答了可能會要訂啊 不耐煩的說明 剛剛不是跟妳說這個沒了嗎 之類的話 她是笑臉回答的 臭臉笑臉都不是重點 笑臉回答的內容就不是很舒服 我還是想繼續詢問 也問了其他問題 也給了我DM 其他客人打開已經蓋蓋子的也感覺她不是那麼的有耐心去講解 這個就是沒了我才蓋蓋子喔 本來想享受這個氛圍的 口氣不是惡劣的 回答的感覺表情就是覺得不舒服 不要再多問了 有位女客人表達不清楚 要出去前詢問 妳剛剛跟我說哪裡出去是怎麼搭車方式 她在問路線 一開始的確會覺得是店員有跟她互動回答問路問題 那位女店員直接說 我剛剛有跟妳說話嗎 我剛剛沒有跟妳說話吧 旁邊客人聽的會覺得沒有就沒有 也不用這樣回答字眼字句讓人覺得就是了客人打擾到店員店家的感覺 不關我的事就是想反映看到感受到的 不知道是年前太累還是什麼 整體感覺就是要再度光臨或未來有需要訂購會想到今天的經驗不是多好 在這上班肯定被灌輸要好友善好親切等等的 （一直以來很支持喜憨兒手工餅乾禮盒今天這樣也會失望） 其實這樣太有期待的框架放在店員身上是未必跟不公平的 都是人...
