春水堂 華泰店 — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

Casual yet classy Taiwanese restaurant. Cash, credit card & e-wallet payment accepted. Very little English, although they do provide English-language menus and the ordering menu has English subtitles as well. Reasonably priced and good quality food. Located at the far end of an outdoor mall sporting a variety of local and international brand stores.

I'm no expert on Taiwanese food by any stretch but what I tried here I liked. Chicken feet are tender and flavorful. Beef soups are rich and the noodles are pleasantly plump. Spicy chicken wings do indeed pack a pleasurable heat. Bean curd in pork blood is a little chewy and flavorful in a blood sort of way.

But their varieties of milk teas are truly impressive, perhaps more so than the food. Beware that a large size is massive, even by American standards. And they aren't skimpy with the boba.

只是候位方式很爛 需要當場叫號等待 無法以預約或是app查詢方式前往 所以要有排隊的準備 （很多人預約號碼可是人都跑了，店外沒人等候，可是號碼還是排很長，基本都在叫空號）

這次點食 功夫麵，御品牛肉麵，古早味地瓜葉，招牌滷味豆干米血，滷蛋，冰梅凍飲。

功夫麵 麵Q彈牙，肉燥香氣撲鼻，豆芽清脆爽口，滷蛋的香氣以及軟硬適中，整碗的組合完美搭配，值得推薦（只是份量有點小，沒有大小碗之分）。

御品牛肉麵 先說酸菜的部分真的太讚了，清淡脆口，好食 牛肉大塊，湯農適中，是紅燒的，可是不會太濃郁（不是很多紅油那種），麵食Q彈有嚼勁，值得推薦（份量適中剛剛好）。

古早味地瓜葉（葷食） 地瓜葉葉嫩，上面的肉燥搭配的香氣剛剛好，只是價格有點貴。

招牌滷味豆干米血（微辣） 滷汁香氣中帶點辣味，豆干米血算是比較軟的，而且熱度剛剛好，打給滷汁的微辣口感很不錯，在搭配一點生薑絲的味道衝擊非常強勁。

冰梅凍飲（無糖） 無糖中帶著一點點的冰梅甜味恰到剛好，完美收尾，雖然價格有點高，可是也蠻大杯的。
