This was the first time I hadn’t had to wait to get into Texas Roadhouse so of course it was an excellent experience. We got the chicken fingers, sirloin steak, and a burger. All of them were delicious and cooked perfectly. I just wish I was hungrier and had finished it all. 整體評分：4⭐➕ 主打美式料理的餐廳，上桌會附上免費的鹽燒花生跟現烤出來熱熱的麵包。麵包可以續，而且真的超級超級好吃😍😍，雖然看起來是簡單的餐包，但是口感上是紮實又帶有一點麵糰的筋性。咀嚼的時候，會釋放出甜味與麥香，越吃越好吃，停不下來。 牛肉的部分點的是肋眼牛排五分熟，是先煎後烤的，本身就帶有鹹味，可以聞到淡淡的炭燒香氣。肉質的處理也不會太硬老或太生，能吃到牛肉的香氣與肉質本身的嫩度，也意外地很不錯。👍 小可惜是油塊比較多，冷掉會有油膩感，要盡快吃。相較之下搭配的馬鈴薯跟玉米和自製的小漢堡就變得比較普通。 價格上比較貴，但下次還會想試試看，漢堡和萊姆派。是會回訪的店家。 Overall score:4⭐➕ The restaurant specializes in American cuisine, and comes with free salt-roasted peanuts and freshly baked warm buns. Our server, Winnie, was really friendly and expedient. We got all of our food quickly as well as an extra order of bread. My son always gets the All American Cheeseburger and Chili cheese fries.
