武威堂咖啡（巷子內請勿停車，公休日請看IG) — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

It was by chance that I found this cafe and completely agreed with the high rating. This cafe was somewhat difficult to find because it was located at an unsuspecting residential area and behind some small alley.

The atmosphere of this cafe felt welcoming and cozy. Customers could smell the pleasant coffee aroma (even for a non-coffee drinker like me to say so) as soon as they enter.

While my order of passionfruit pineapple tea took a while (about 10-15min) to reach me, the drink was nicely plated and the flavour was rich and full.

隱身在巷弄裡的神秘所在，沒有特別醒目的招牌，刷白的外牆是唯一側面經過可凸顯出來的設計，基本上是一處行人散走路過，可能錯過的低調空間。

推開大門，天井的光線灑下，心情馬上閃亮起來。處處可見時光荏苒的截面，卻無凝滯的氣息。

裝飾物件不少，Q版小鋼彈模型是我的最愛，轉入童年回憶的吉光片羽……。

拿鐵的奶泡跟咖啡融合的很暖心，真要雞蛋裡挑骨頭就是：咖啡杯沒有把手，手指頭關節不利索的我，喝得有點兒緊張。

Hidden in a small alley lies a mysterious place with no prominent sign. The whitewashed exterior wall is the only design element that might catch your eye as you pass by—essentially, it's an understated space that pedestrians might easily miss while strolling past.

Push open the door, and sunlight from the courtyard streams down, immediately brightening your mood. Evidence of the passage of time is visible throughout, yet there's no sense of stagnation.

Decorative items abound, with the cute Gundam figurines being my favorite, transporting me to fragments of childhood memories.

The latte's milk foam blends heartily with the coffee, creating a comforting experience. If I had to nitpick: the coffee cup has no handle, making it a bit nerve-wracking to drink for someone like me with stiff...

🍰當日蛋糕（依當日） 水果新鮮度十足，絕非罐頭製品所能比擬——每一口都能感受到自然熟成的香氣與原始甜味，完美保留了水果本身的質地與層次。沒有多餘的糖漿覆蓋，展現的是最純粹、最真實的自然風味。 搭配的香草奶油更是一大亮點，香氣濃郁卻不膩口，口感細緻綿密，帶有淡淡的香草籽氣息，恰如其分地提升整體風味。 奶香與水果的清甜交織成一道溫柔的和弦，每一口都是剛剛好的甜蜜與清新，讓人不禁一口接一口，回味無窮。

☕️黑糖卡布（$150/hot) 香氣濃郁，一端上桌便瀰漫著迷人的咖啡香，令人心神一振。入口時首先感受到的是咖啡本身深邃而溫潤的苦韻，隨即轉化為淡淡的甘甜，在微苦與溫柔甜香之間取得絕妙平衡。 最驚喜的是上層那層炙燒焦糖，帶有獨特的焦香氣息，像是在柔和奶泡上畫龍點睛。焦糖的香氣與咖啡的苦甜交織，創造出多層次又極富質感的口感體驗，溫暖、細膩又令人沉醉。這不只是一杯咖啡，更是一段短暫卻美妙的午後時光。

🥐培根起司可頌早午餐($280) 炒蛋恰到好處的火候讓蛋香與柔軟的口感完美交織。烤蔬菜則保留了食材本身的天然風味，沒有過度調味，反而讓各自蔬菜發揮其獨特層次，簡單卻不單調。 可頌外皮酥脆金黃，輕咬一口便發出細緻的喀滋聲，內層蓬鬆帶有微微奶香，令人愛不釋口。其中夾層的培根厚實飽滿，份量給得毫不手軟，鹹香十足，與清爽的美生菜、濃郁的起司以及富有嚼勁的燕麥一同入口，層次豐富香氣四溢，每一口都能感受到食材之間的巧妙搭配與口感的平衡。 整體而言，這頓早午餐無論是在味道、擺盤還是份量上都遠超期待，堪稱高質感餐點中物超所值的典範，令人回味無窮。
