火燒島日式平價居酒屋 — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

Quality of food is 9/10. And if U compare them against the prices in the menu, it would be 9.7/10. U cannot find fault. The dishes we ordered was so good that we have to order another serving!

Free parking next to the restaurant, U can virtually eat 2 metres away from your car in an air conditioned restaurant.

The theme is Japanese gathering food style, but it's geared more towards Taiwanese local style. No pictures in the menu, only Chinese words and the price, so U have to be Mandarin capable.

The staff is 3/5 and if U compared it to Taiwanese service level it would be 2/5! They do not introduce the menu, no interactions, one of the skinny lady servers did not even inform us of the dish she brought to us and did not warn us that she is going to pour liquid into a plate of burning rocks for the clams and immediately steams was all over our faces and it was not pleasant. I suppose she was not intentional, but it would be helpful to give some warnings. So in Taiwan service level, this is 2/5.

鳳梨蝦球$280 表現一般，使用的是新鮮鳳梨不是罐頭鳳梨

泰式辣炒松阪豬$300 很下飯重口味的一道，辣度大約中辣

胡椒烤魚$500 胡椒醬很香，但魚本身感覺沒很新鮮

鹽酥白蝦$220 這道必點，蝦很大隻又新鮮👍🏻

三杯田雞$350 味道也不錯，重口味的下酒菜

乾煎豬肝$180 也可以說是他們家必點的菜，豬肝嫩嫩的很好吃

地瓜葉皮蛋$200 吃不懂的一道⋯湯湯水水的，地瓜葉又很老帶很多梗⋯感覺沒認真挑過，這道要200？

金沙杏鮑菇$200 這道等超久⋯我們都吃飽要閃了才上菜，原本要去結帳，打算直接告訴櫃檯不用上了 但口味還是不錯的一道，只是要注意上菜時間

剝皮辣椒雞湯$550 這道大家都不喜歡，沒有剝皮辣椒雞湯的感覺，味道很淡⋯料又少，不知道在喝什麼
