Read more2011/11用餐心得:一間網友評價兩極的壽司店,不是天堂就是地獄。
我們參考這家Hama壽司在疫情前跟疫情二級到現在的網友評論共同得到結論,並且從服務人員、整潔、食材等得到心得,店內的廁所打掃非常乾淨,從進門開始店員很仔細量體溫跟手部消毒都有做到,對於第一次來用餐也會介紹如何使用平板點餐,送餐的方式,讓人安心許多,這部分是給予非常滿意五個⭐優良。醬油多樣口味,芥末質地特別。桌面都有確實消毒。
我們先點了四盤壽司,每盤單價40元,比較的基準是附近有(爭鮮壽司每盤30元),在飯量的部分都是機器揉製出來,但是大小比爭鮮壽司更小(有排除上方配料的視覺影響),準備比例尺可以大約得到生魚片的厚度均在≤0.4cm以內,部分食材薄度切到更薄。大切鮪魚腹壽司品質讓人感到失望,照片當中夾起來肉直接散開,新鮮的狀態會是這樣嗎?
這次用餐過程,也盡可能拍攝到讓大家覺得肉片很大,不過實際放上比例尺跟肉片側邊照片似乎跟廣告中感受相當不一樣。另外點了博多豚骨拉麵160元。裡面的配料的糖心蛋也不對切了(菜單照片是有對切的)這樣會有個問題,麵確實溫度夠高,但是整個蛋中心是冷的,因為沒有增加受熱面積。不確定是否總公司改了料理做法,我們也有看到下面其他網友點了拉麵也是反應忘記切蛋了。份量方面是對比同業(花月嵐拉麵)170元等級小於30%以上的份量。
最後,稍微讓人有點感到煩躁的點餐系統,明白疫情期間可能無法維持高週轉率的壽司於輸送帶,故採用點完後,輸送帶慢慢將食物轉到面前,會有特種提醒音樂或是說話在旁邊的平板,而且輸送帶不會停車所以會發生食物過站不停,或是忘記拿、被偷走的可能。相較於同業(壽司郎)上下兩條輸送帶能夠正確分開,下方維持一般餐點,上面是特製單直送到指定座位,Hama壽司這套系統真的很困擾。
整個用餐過程必須非常集中精神聽旁邊的平板聲音提醒(會有兩段提醒),但是鄰近的桌子的平板也會發出一樣的聲音,故吃一整個過程,一直被各種聲音打擾,覺得很吵,真的有種到(湯姆熊遊藝場)還是(柏青哥打小鋼珠)的機台噪音,讓人焦慮。
