The is far the best Taiwanese Cuisine ever eaten during our stay at Xmd! The overall taste is overwhelming & deliciously savory. The uncle is super friendly and he recommended us a few dishes. 都非常美味。He also mentioned they clean their dishes very thoroughly especially their veggies were soaked for a few hours. Prices are surprisingly reasonable! Service is good. The location is not visible from the main road, as it is hidden along the alley. It is really a hidden gem! Those who never research or know through word of mouth will not get to notice this food place simply by walking along the road. We went 1h before closing hour at 9pm and saw nobody. We feel skeptical from the outside, however the uncle is friendly enough to let us know that is it near closing, hence the peak hours is over. He told us it is usually full house during 530 to 730pm. It will be slightly more expensive if you have a small group but still so worth it. Highly recommend the beancurd. Very well done. Adorable name too (loosely translated to old and wrinkly skin but young and soft inside 😅). Their fried prawns were amazing as well. Friend highly recommends the fried squid and oysters. Their batter is apparently amazing but we didn't try.

They served us the homeliest Taiwanese cooked food you can get.
Simple stir fried Taiwanese dishes were all delicious! We ate everything we ordered as they were great! Had the first Taiwanese beer here too, interesting stuff… 18day validity.
