The pizza and pasta is not bad. Actually pretty good for Taiwan. However they only have 1 red wine on the menu. If you only have 1 red wine on the menu, you had better make damn sure you have it in stock. They say they ran out. Meanwhile I had 3 cases of wine delivered to my home this afternoon from the same supplier they have most likely. I would have given 4 stars but no wine is no excuse. Especially if you have multiple stores and are trying to franchise. You need to do it better than the rest. Especially because you are doing well and business is good. Not having wine is a slap to the customer that would like to enjoy some wine with dinner. Especially if you have enough money to keep the inventory. I asked the waitress if the owner knew. If I could give it a 0, I would. I never leave reviews but am so upset that I’m actually taking the time to write one. This has got to be the least accommodating restaurant that I have ever been to in Taipei. My kids wanted to have a margarita pizza with sausage so basically just adding sausage on the margarita pizza but they wouldn’t allow it because they can only prepare every item on the menu as they are described. We ordered seafood pasta and pork pizza for dinner. The seafood pasta was served around 10 minutes, but the pork pizza came 45 minutes later! We kept asking where was the pizza and the waitress told us because we ordered the drink first, which delayed the food order. They cannot push the chef and ask us to understand. That doesn't make sense at all, as we ordered both dishes together. If the pizza has to take longer than expected, then the chef should hold on to cook the pasta.
