I’m giving 4.5 stars for Food, Service, and Atmosphere, but definitely have some areas where they can improve!!! I don’t want to rate it any lower due to small mishaps!
Kid price-
6-12 is half price, but on the website it also stats 12 or older is full price, so which is it? When I went we pay full price for my son and the worker that did our bill was like are you sure? Well you tell me? We ended paying the full price.
I understand and respect the 5pm check in and start of the line, but while I was waiting to get into the line, a worker just made a new opening to let people rush over to form a new line and closed off the opening I was waiting at, not like it matters being the first group in or 7th group but that was a weird moment, cause she knew I was waiting and didn’t say a word, kind of disrespect, it I took it as she was shy when she saw me, she definitely need better training.
The grilled beef tongue was impossible to get, i forgot if it was 6 or 8 servings, but unless you stand there and wait, you not getting it, once they get plated people are on them. I personally don’t like the feeling of fighting for food at a buffet.
Crab legs also is a station where they need to make some improvements. They do not refill until they are close fully empty, so maybe just my luck, after waiting maybe a 15-20 person line, when it was my turn to get my food, there were only 3-4 crab legs that people didn’t want, the missing a part of the crab leg or the small pieces no one wanted, the worker stood there with a handful of crab legs and wouldn’t put them on the tray until I finished taking the leftover crab legs and moved forward!! That was some bullshit, again an all you can eat shouldn’t make a customer feel anything close to that!!
Aside from those 4 things I encountered, the servers at my table were great! Ivy, Wei and Ban if I remember correctly!! Great servers!! The drink station was fun, the staff there made it a better experience as well, besides the lady during check-in and the crab leg refill dude, all the staff were great, especially considering this location...
Read moreOn the 9th floor of a more upscale mall. There are lots of options with sashimi, sushi, salads, tempura staion, grilled meat/seafood station, cooked food station, individually made to order soups and nigiri. Even with their cooked foods, you see them making everything in small batches to ensure the quality. Some stations do run out at times but there are plenty of other things to go to while they are replenishing. The drink station has made to order cocktails and coffee, as well as having a variety of hot and cold teas of your choosing. As for kids, there are brown sugar milk tea, sodas in a can, calpis variety, and some fruit juices to choose from.
Dessert includes 3 stations: fruit and pastries, ice cream stations (I think there were like 10+ flavors (taro, sesame, chocolate, matcha, vanilla, peanut, passion fruit, etc.), and a fancy counter top station with bite size desserts that are superb.
It was $1390NT for weekday lunch at 11:30am-2pm, which is like $46 USD for an adult. It's...
Read moreFor the amount of price given, I would highly recommend you to try this place! It is an all you can eat place that serves enormous amount of food.
I dont really like the steak as it was cold when it was served to me, so taste little rubbery. If it was hot, I think it would taste amazing! Variety of the meat is available for you so it was a wholesome experience.
They served a lot of seafood you can choose from sushi, boiled king crab and other fresh oyster / scallop and many more!
They have grilled station (must try the grilled mochi!), fried station, soup station, dessert station, and bar
the icecream, wagashi is really good. The coin bread taste okay. very creative and highly artistic for an all you can eat place.
