My experience in the restaurant Hooters was delightful, even though at times I felt that the experience was a little dull. The Philly cheese steak was dry, and it was lacking juice and sauce. But the cheese sticks were satisfying. Hooters is known worldwide for its activities and entertainment that brings up the mood for a customer. Even though the restaurant Hooters is not age appropriate because of its waitresses, the service is quick and incredible. The waitresses were scantily dressed and asked men inappropriate questions. The decorations at Hooters are fantastic for there are surfboards, drawings, and lights everywhere to amaze you. Unfortunately, Hooters at Neo Mall does not have a bathroom, and you have to walk out of the restaurant, and into the mall where the bathrooms are next to the elevators. Read moreWas appalled at how bad the service was. We waited a long time for one of the 6 waitresses gathered at the till to come and take our order. Asked a few questions that confused her immensely so I gave up. Ordered beers first. Then waitress came back and said “ ok go”. No greeting. No asking if we had questions. Very proud of herself and she shouldn’t have been. Other than being cute she had zero to offer.Beer was cold and ok. Fry amount was minimal. Then a different waitress came over and dropped off wings and then another different one wait main dishes. Burger was very average and way over. Empty beers on table for about 10 mins until we flagged down waitress and refilled the beers. One waitress , Amanda, was very good and attentive but the rest were tragic. Read moreThis visit to Hooters was extremely disappointing, especially considering we have been frequent patrons. This time, we were seated at a window table without air conditioning, and the staff helplessly informed us that it was a property issue, so they couldn't turn on the AC. Even though they encountered this problem, the staff should have taken further action instead of doing nothing.
What was even more disappointing was that despite us being VIP customers, the manager showed no response. We were sweating profusely, and there was no crisis management in place, not even offering a glass of water. We had to instruct a newcomer, who had only been there for three days, to prepare tissues, wet wipes, and ice water to alleviate the situation. In such a situation, the manager's attitude was simply to wait, without showing any effort to manage the situation.
