Edited The owner contacted me directly regarding the incident. He apologized for what happened and stated that some of the photos online are outdated. He promised he’d take those photos down and update them. He offered for a refund again but I no longer want to deal with this issue and I just hope that they truly learned from their mistakes. The owner was extremely friendly and apologized multiple times. I won’t change my rating because what has been done is done.

I hate to do this but I just couldn’t look past it. Pease be aware, the photos shown on their website are extremely deceiving. My friends and I ordered the mango cake online for a friend’s birthday. The photo on the left is what we saw online and on the right is what we actually got. Clearly something was wrong here. You can easily tell the cake that we received looks like a knockoff version. The mangos on the side were missing. The crumbs and what looks like some mint leaves on the top were missing. Taste-wise it wasn’t bad but it was for a friend’s birthday and we weren’t very pleased because we felt cheated by how the cake looked. We decided to contact the owner. Fortunately, they were very nice about it and apologized for their mistake. They were willing to offer for a refund or another cake for free. My friends and I decided to give them another chance and ordered the salted caramel cheesecake. Shockingly, this time the cake looked even less like the photo depicted on their website. You can see it for yourself in the photo that I included in this review. I’m usually not a picky person but this is just beyond forgiving. At this point it’s inexcusable and we ain’t wasting time for a third try. I’d definitely avoid this place if you don’t want any unwanted surprises. The cakes here are good, original and creative. The owner does spend lots of time thinking about cake menu and improving their service. You can sense their dedication if visit them regularly or interact with the crew on their facebook page. The shop is unique from its location to its interior decoration.
