Cloud 9 Cafe 信義店 — Restaurant in Xinyi District

Cloud9 is apparently in such “high” demand that it was impossible to get a table or even have a coffee sitting down around 11.00 on a Saturday.

Funnily enough the cafe was entirely empty when we ordered our coffees to-go. We could have easily sat down, drank one coffee and cleared the table before all the brunch tables showed up.

The coffee was okay but did not take us to cloud9 — so not terrible but not a dizzying...

We never expected to enjoy such a good Italian meal in Taipei until we tried this place. The food was excellent, and the variety was quite decent. We ordered both their pasta and pizza and loved them. The pasta was generously packed with seafood, rich in flavor, and still captured the true essence of an aglio olio.
