I have high expectations of Ootoya both in service and food quality. This store is not up to mark for service. Other than a much elderly lady waitress whom is patient, the rest of them seems like the patron owes them a living. Snappy and impatient. I got my order wrong 3 times because the staff left before I finished order, GUI on the application misleading and miscommunication. I resigned to fate for my order. For a chain restaurant this place is pretty good, better than many. Decent combo meals with well prepared tasty sides. Ordering is by tablet at tables and food is brought out by staff. Dishes are reasonably priced for what you get. Staff also clear away the trays pretty quickly. This is a chain restaurant owned by the same company that owns Family Mart. They seem to have extended their practices of efficiency, quality and professionalism to their restaurant business.

There are lots of choices. The meal set prices are a good value and the food is tasty. The staff are prompt, courteous and helpful.
