Great location near park. Service mediocre. We ordered pasta and pancake, knowing the pancake will take awhile I asked the wait staff to go ahead and served the pancake at the same time as pasta, she suggested the ice cream will melt if served together with the meal (make sense so I asked for the pancake right after she delivered the pasta.) 25 minutes later, still no pancake. I asked about it, kitchen advised that it’ll take 20 minutes to prepare. What was all the questions or communication in regard when we wanted the pancake when clearly, you’ll get your pancake when they decide to give it to you!???

Also asked for Parmesan or shaved cheese, understandable and it’s ok if a restaurant charges for condiments, wait staff just tells me they don’t have shaved cheese. I have to point out there were shaved cheese on my salad before she give me a serving.

For those that plan to visit this place bring a lot of time with you. After ordering it took 45minutes before i got my burger. I though that they took that long since they want to bring my girlfriends and my food together which was the fluffy pancake. But no, even after i finished my burger her pancake didnt arrive. So we canceled her order. That raclette burger was fine i wanted to order the wagyu beef burger but it was already sold out at 4pm, dont know if its missmanagement or its just to popular, so i got chicken burger.

In all if you dont mind the waiting time and want a relaxed after noon tea this place might be for you. But if you only have like 2h times or are super hungry steer away and go...

This was my second visit to a different Woosa location, and the wait time for food remained relatively long, about 15 minutes before the dishes were served. The truffle soup rice is highly recommended—you can first savor the rich flavor of the risotto, then add the broth for a completely different taste. The seasoning of the risotto was also excellent. Today, I dined in and ordered the classic pancakes, but the sauce was almost spilling off the plate, which slightly impacted the dining experience. Additionally, a staff member wearing glasses came across as a bit less friendly, which could use some improvement.
