Ru Yi Syuan Baker’s House — Restaurant in Yuchi Township

The proprietress is super friendly and accommodating. She remembered me after day two when I kept going back to her shop to buy bread. We would chat for a while each time I visited her shop.

Besides the friendly atmosphere, IMO, Ru Yi Syuan’s 面包 are worthy of a spot in the Great British Bake Off! They are all so soft, and delicious. They also do not use any artificial ingredients and rely on natural materials instead.

The shop has been in Sun Moon Lake since 1980 and the years of dedication have attested to their product quality . This is one of those shops where they are just great at churning out delicious bakes for their customers.

Decided to celebrate daughter birthday and went to check out this shop. Went in but no cakes available.. Lady boss was super friendly and mention she can get the cake out in less than an hour.. Went ahead with fruit pudding cake and it was one of the best we eaten.. She also gave us plates and forks.. Thumbs up.
