初衷鮨 — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

My friends and I came here for lunch in early December 2019. We absolutely love this restaurant, the service was very friendly. From booking to dinning, they are very professional and accommodating.

We have reserved their Omakase menu for lunch instead of their set lunch menu. We have ordered extra nigiri because they were so good!!! I was really impressed with the meal, not only the ingredients were fresh, the chef has also delicately seasoned each piece so they are all full of surprises.

It's really extremely good value and nice experience to dine this restaurant. I would definitely come back next time I visit Taipei and highly recommend it...

So happy to have stumbled upon this place on Google. It was my 1st time to try an omakase meal and I’m 100% satisfied with my dining experience at this place.

Food was fresh and delicious, and the chef + his family were so hospitable :) I was anxious to try at first because my mandarin wasn’t the best, but the chef was kind enough to explain all the dishes to me. 5 stars!

Chance upon this Japanese restaurant went I made a special trip for Adelaid cafe nearby. I was there for lunch and ordered sashimi Don and the price is quite affordable. The freshness of the ingredients, the taste and the presentation, are of high end restaurant standard. It is a very small establishment and very attentive staff but won't make you uncomfortable even...
