春希 — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

Read about this place and decided to give it a try as my colleague and I needed a quiet and cosy place for work discussion. The place has a homey feeling and the chef spends time cooking his food with lots of love. The chef is originally from France and has been calling Taiwan his second home for the past 7 years. The cafe’s menu focused on brunch and lunch meals such as waffles with bacon and few selections of pasta. Their brunch set consists of yogurt, salad, fruits, waffles with bacon and scrambled eggs which was a delight. However, the taco pasta can be further improved maybe with some dressing or sauce to give it a kick as it’s taco after all, and Mexican flavors it’s all about the spice. I liked this cafe’s music playlist - they played some of my recent favourite songs! But I felt quite stuffy as the air flow was pretty bad, so I didn’t want to stay long.

The smoked salmon quiche I ordered was bland, and the salad in the side could be better served if cut into smaller pieces. It was pretty expensive overall considering the quality...

去之前看過Google地圖評論，得知主廚是法國人，實際到了店裡發現風格跟預期的不太一樣， 有種居家的感覺，廚房也是開放式，比較偏向溫馨的小店風格～  餐點種類蠻多元，從蛋餅、早午餐到義大利麵都有，菜單就直接貼在牆壁的磁磚上，沒有額外的紙本菜單，簡單明瞭！  一開始看到低消是飲料，有點疑惑是否點了早午餐、主餐以外還需點飲料@@ 經詢問後是不用的～  當天是週六下午三點多入內消費，除了早餐以外皆有供應。  ❇️鴨肉青蒜義大利麵 $250  當時店內只有我們一組客人，上菜速度很快，老闆送完餐後就立刻依據個人的餐點擺好各自的餐具，很有高級餐廳的氛圍🤗  義大利麵份量很大，搭配少見的鴨肉，用料大方！ 麵條不軟爛，配料有杏鮑菇、蘆筍、番茄、玉米筍，整體而言每個元素我都喜歡🥰  有附湯品，送餐時告知是「番茄湯」，裡面有金針菇跟蔥花，有點味噌湯的感覺，蠻好喝的～  ❇️早午餐①特製蛋餅、水果、沙拉、蛋、優格、香腸 $350  這間店的價位在這一帶而言偏高，不過餐點上桌瞬間就能理解了！ 多樣化的餐點擺在一個超大的砧板上😲  主角是蛋餅，皮是比較厚實的感覺，裡面有鋪上一層乳酪絲，灑上堅果碎。 早餐的蛋餅是可以挑選口味的，早午餐則無。 鮭魚偏生，由於我個人不敢吃生魚片，所以對於煙燻鮭魚的接受度比較低😫  香腸是切成小塊的，也是餐點中極少數出現的加工食品XD 亮點是馬鈴薯✨...
