As we avoid summer heat, we stopped by there for tea break in May. Thanks to the owner's consideration, I could order tea and dessert. (She tried to understand my awful Mandarin...!😭💚) Egg tart and mulberry lemon juice were quite delicious! I like this cafe's atmosphere so much. I'd love to visit there for the meal next...

Delightful food, delightful vibes, delightful coffee! We were hungry so we stopped by for some food, and got the pork cutlet and fried chicken thighs curry rice. Both were absolutely delicious, and the coffee was the cherry on top!

The owners were so wonderful as well, it was such a pleasant and...

★環境： 格沐斯咖啡並不是主打華麗或是文青風格的咖啡店，第一眼給我的感覺，就是個很平易近人，但又不失格調的餐飲空間。 實際打開門走進店內，雖然空間並不大，在裝潢上也沒有過多的綴飾或太刻意的設計，僅是在牆上放了幾個咖啡豆的麻布袋、櫃子上擺了幾個公仔的低調平凡，但給我一種溫暖又踏實的感覺─ 像回到家一樣。 ★食物： 「我們的食物盡量都是自己作，而不是買人家現成的調理包。因為這些東西我們自己也在吃，我們的小朋友也在吃。」除了價格平實，老闆在端上我的餐點後，這樣跟我說。 並謙虛的表示自家菜單上的選擇並沒有很多，因為他們會做不來。雖然我看菜單上能點的東西其實真的不少，但老闆為了製作我點的咖哩，一個人一下跑廚房一下又要注意櫃台；老闆娘則為了客人點的飲料、甜點停不下手，確實人手有限，但又看得出來他們是真真切切的在用心對待每一個人的餐點。 ★價格： 翻開格沐斯咖啡的菜單，赫然發現，價格並不像其他早午餐店、咖啡店一樣「高貴」，特別是在台北，能夠有這樣價格平實的咖啡廳、早午餐店，對生活在這一帶的人來說，真的很幸福。 ★咖啡： 而來到咖啡店，當然要認識一下他們自家烘焙的咖啡。老闆很自豪地說，他們的咖啡都是買莊園等級，小農自產的咖啡豆烘焙而成。比起外頭的咖啡豆更有品質。 ★甜點： *格沐斯的提拉米蘇一口咬下，鬆酥綿密的感受，讓人不自覺揚起了微笑。而他們家提拉米蘇有個不一樣的地方，在於中間那層巧克力蛋糕沾上了店裡的濃縮咖啡，吃起來還多了濃郁咖啡香，更是讓人陶醉。 *吃完了提拉米蘇，我總覺得意猶未盡，於是又和老闆點了份他們招牌，每日現烤的葡式蛋塔，沒想到一入口感受驚為天人。 不只是酥脆的外皮，內餡香濃的在咬下的一瞬間迸發，瀰漫著牛奶香，而且不會太甜膩，療癒了一整個禮拜的疲憊。比起其他外面的蛋塔，格沐斯採用的是光泉世家鮮乳，而非奶精等，搭上新鮮紅卵雞蛋、自家熬煮冰糖，不添加任何香料，才能成就這樣的美味。 ★咖哩： 格沐斯的咖哩不同於外面的咖哩為求方便快速而使用現成的咖哩調理包或是咖哩塊，從基底的洋蔥開始炒起，再加入自家的咖哩塊、香料，這是格沐斯對料理的堅持，就像要給自家人吃的餐點，一定是要讓人安心的美味。 淺嚐一點咖哩，散發著洋蔥迷人的香氣，實際入口，並不是那種日式甜咖哩的味道，也不是印度、泰式咖哩的辣，而是帶有點微辣但香氣更甚的口感，真的很好吃！搭配上香Q的上水香米，午間最棒的享受大概就是這樣了！ 除了咖哩和飯，那香酥多汁但不油膩的雞腿，更是讓我驚艷，或許該請老闆另外單賣雞腿，感覺也會大受歡迎。老闆說，這雞腿用得是台灣自己的雞腿，不像國外進口的吃起來乾乾的。 此外，那滑嫩的雞蛋，對於我這個蛋控來說，也是最棒的享受。老闆說，他們的雞蛋都是使用好品質的紅卵洗選蛋。一般來說，對於配角的雞蛋並不會有那麼多人還特別執著用多好多好的，但格沐斯對於這點，就很用心，就為了給人們品味到最美味也最好的品質。

Delightful food, delightful vibes, delightful coffee! We were hungry so we stopped by for some food, and got the pork cutlet and fried chicken thighs curry rice. Both were absolutely delicious, and the coffee was the cherry on top! The owners were so wonderful as well, it was such a pleasant and lovely experience!
