好久沒有放颱風假了, 當宣佈的當下, 群組裡立馬出現[明天吃飯喝酒照舊]的訊息, 哈哈! 好一群酒肉朋友. 8/3是我首次來到這家店, 帶隊的好友已經來過N次了, 颱風天其他訂位都取消了, 我們直接升級成包場. 老闆阿浩從第一道菜就坐下來一起喝酒, 也詳細介紹每一道菜的作法及特色. 對於他家的菜, 在場的朋友都讚不絕口, 主要是因為用料及烹調都感覺得到用心, 尤其有幾道菜用看的就覺得美味, 亮閃閃的, 像雞肉, 炒飯. 有的菜看來平淡無奇味道及口感卻是豐富無比, 像花枝丸, 米粉湯. 我的紀錄風格不會去描述每道菜的特點, 我沒有那麼專業, 我只能以通論來紀錄. 鱻活驛站應該是我最近吃到的餐廳中, 最願意介紹給朋友的, 我也準備來約餐會辦在這裡, 他有三個包廂, 也可以打通辦三桌. 運用很靈活. 價格我覺得也合理, 龍虎斑是必點料理, 但是價格也不會讓我們擔心. 最重要的是店長阿浩的熱情及專業堅持, 讓來的客人可以感受到回家的感覺. 真心推薦.

1星比較明顯，等餐廳改善我再改回5星。 你們的酸菜鴨肉湯，用整隻鴨下去燉是很厲害，但喝一口就覺得有濃濃鴨騷味，一開始還在猜是不是因為鴨屁股的尾脂腺沒挖掉所以才有騷味，但又覺得餐廳會煮這種大菜不至於會犯這種錯，所以我以為是鴨肉慢燉就會產生鴨騷味。 當天湯沒喝完，打包回去隔天熱來喝，剛好吃到鴨屁股，臭得要死的尾脂線在我嘴巴咬碎爆開，馬上衝去吐出來🤮

經我提醒之後，太太有找到另一顆尾脂腺（見照片），表示不是沒挖乾淨，而是根本沒挖！

拜託！全鴨或全雞處理，把尾脂線挖掉再烹飪不是常識嗎？請你們再多多品管，不然...
