Whether you enjoy a cosy atmosphere or drinks, the HaHa Cafe is worth your time since there is a wide range of drinks, delicious cake, great wifi, and the ambience is excellent. There's even a cat! There are also a few drawbacks such as the drinks being a bit pricy and the location isn't convenient.

The drinks at the HaHa cafe are excellent. As I have already said, there is a wide variety of drinks, however, there were only four kinds of desserts when I went. A bit pricy but the cheesecake I ordered seemed freshly made and the fruit soda was likeable too.

The wifi in this cafe was excellent! I used it for around 2 hours and it worked for even my most wifi-using app!

This cafe has a cosy atmosphere with calming music and it was notably quiet even though there were approximately 12 people in the cafe while I was there. I liked the quiet, but it might not be an entertaining place to go if you want a place to chat with your friends. There is also a cute orange, black and white cat called Hana (which means ‘flower’ in Japanese).

The drinks were more expensive than a normal cafe. There are 10 different drinks under the category “Coffee”, 7 under “Milk”, 2 under “Soda/Sour” and 8 under the category tea. The prices were between 90180 NTD. The cakes were 100150 NTD.

The cafe is not close to the MRT station. If you would like to go to the HaHa cafe from an MRT station, the nearest station is MinquanW. Rd. Station which is on the Tamsui-Xinyi (red line) line and the Zhonge-Xinlu line (yellow line). It’s an 11-minute walk from the MRT station to the cafe, so if you can take the bus, the stop is much closer. The closest bus station is Tatung University (Art station) station. It’s a 2-minute walk from there to the cafe.

You must try their cold matcha. Most places use matcha 3 in 1 powder so they cannot skip sugar, and it has a lot of additive to keep the green tea powder to not sink to the bottom. It was 140NTD i think. It comes with a glass stew, so cool.

This cafe is able to make the milk so frothed, the whole matcha tasted amazing. Don't miss the cakes, we ordered a blue berries chiffon cake and a chocolate tart with blue berries on it, amazing!
