I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla with Pesto, an Ice Peach Vinegar Dink and 2 small scoops of ice cream. There was a 10% service charge here. I’ve come here since I was little but this was my first time eating Quesadilla here. The chicken was tender and the Pesto with cheese made that even more delicious. The tortillas were nicely made with great and crispy texture. The chips were also amazing, crunchy, not greasy and suitable for dipping into the tomato sauce provided. In terms of the ice cream, Cappuccino and Tiramisu are my favourite flavours. In conclusion, the vibe, service, foods and quality were all good, 9.5 out of 10!

最近和朋友一起到位於大葉高島屋裡的莫凡彼 Mövenpick 餐廳用餐，這是一家我早就聽聞許久的餐廳，以歐式風格和高品質的餐點著稱。雖然這次的用餐過程中有一點小插曲——沙拉裡意外出現一隻小蟲——但整體來說，無論是餐點的品質還是服務的水準，都讓我留下了非常不錯的印象。 那天是週末的午後，我們在逛完大葉高島屋後，選擇到莫凡彼享用午餐。餐廳位於商場的某一層樓角落，空間設計明亮且帶有濃濃的歐洲風情，木質桌椅與大片落地窗營造出舒適的用餐氛圍。即使是在百貨公司內，餐廳內部依然保持著安靜的環境，很適合朋友聚餐或家庭聚會。 我們點了兩道主餐、一份沙拉和他們經典的冰淇淋甜點。我個人選的是香煎雞腿排佐義大利香料醬，朋友則點了海鮮燉飯。餐點送上來的時候擺盤非常用心，看得出廚師對細節的講究。雞腿排外皮煎得酥脆，肉質鮮嫩，搭配微酸的香料醬汁非常開胃；而朋友的燉飯也很入味，海鮮新鮮，米粒熟度掌握得剛剛好。 然而，就在我們準備享用沙拉時，朋友發現碗裡有一隻小蟲。雖然這種情況在生菜沙拉中偶爾會發生，但還是有點令人驚訝。畢竟這樣的餐廳，我們對衛生水準有一定期待。當下我們便請服務人員過來查看。出乎意料的是，店員的反應非常迅速且專業。他一邊表達誠摯的歉意，一邊詢問我們是否需要更換沙拉，並立即把那道沙拉收走。 不到五分鐘，一道全新的沙拉就端上桌來。這次店員特別提醒我們他們已經加強檢查，也再次致歉。這樣的處理方式讓我們感受到他們對顧客感受的重視，也展現了品牌應有的服務水準。整個過程中店員態度都很誠懇，沒有任何推諉或敷衍，這點我覺得非常值得肯定。 後來我們還點了莫凡彼著名的冰淇淋當甜點。我選了瑞士巧克力與香草口味，濃郁滑順、甜而不膩，是畫龍點睛的一道收尾。尤其是在經歷過小插曲之後，這份甜點有點像是安撫心情的小獎勵。朋友也對他們的甜點稱讚不已，直說下次還想再來吃。 總體來說，這次在大葉高島屋莫凡彼的用餐經驗是愉快的，儘管中間有小小的意外，但店家的處理態度與服務品質讓人感受到他們對品牌形象的重視。對我來說，好的餐廳不只是餐點要美味，服務與應對突發狀況的能力更是一種深層的價值。莫凡彼在這方面做得相當出色。 如果你也在大葉高島屋附近，想找一間氣氛佳、餐點有水準的餐廳，我會推薦莫凡彼。不論是正餐還是單純來吃個冰淇淋，都值得一試。即使偶爾出現小狀況，只要有誠意地處理，反而讓人更願意再回訪。這也正是我對這家餐廳，留下良好印象的原因。

Well... yes, great services but with regular food... Not good, but okay, the best food that we have had was the ice-cream... Much better than the food that they served. And, be reminded, you really have to order the dinner set rather than picking up random orders... because the price could be much different. 😅
