Unlike the Sushiro restaurants in Japan gearing towards low end customers, their branding strategy for Taiwan is leaning towards more higher end consumer. Read moreI recently visited Sushi-Ro, a Japanese sushi train restaurant, and was blown away by the deliciousness of their sushi. The fish was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, and there was a great variety of rolls to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the spicy tuna roll and the sashimi.

The slow cooked egg in a cup (not sure how I spell it,し/ちゃわんむし )was a surprise. The tuna liver sub was another one. Deserts were meh...
