UZNA OMOM 杏桃鬆餅屋 大直美麗華店 — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

如果有別的選擇 不會去這一家 可惜沒有找到別的咖啡店 in this department store. It’s my second time there and I knew the food is nothing special; we were just looking for a place to chill a little since we had been walking around for hours. I guess because they were short staffed so the waiter was very impatient when we questioned about the different note of their coffee. We were looking for one that’s not too sour so when we questioned about the Brazilian coffee he said to my friend in a cold tone of voice “酸的“ and that was all he said. Due to it was noisy at the time, my friend did not hear him clearly the first time then he said it the second time More Impatiently yet, still two words. The funny thing was he said it in Taiwanese 台語. ”酸欸“ with no emotion like a robot. We felt very odd. It’s was an unpleasant experience. Will not go back...

Got fooled by the line waiting...they have a online waiting for seating system, very nice.. but order by person. chicken Curry rice is edible was a bit bland not spicy, my potatoes were over cooked too many times they tested like powder. Beef bowl was also edible but bland. Be aware the coffee is served without sugar or milk for original taste. The Honolulu hot cake was good. This place would only be good for desserts and not lunch....

Disappointing experience. The food was mediocre at best — definitely not worth the price. The staff were impatient and unprofessional, but the worst part was the attitude of the management. Out of all the restaurants I’ve been to, this was by far the worst in terms of how management treated customers. Extremely rude and unwelcoming. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this...
