Moment café & bakery — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

Located on the first floor of the hotel, very high ceiling, great decor, comfortable seats, spacious, lovely place for a quick lunch or afternoon tea. 5 stars for setting. But, 3 star for food. Service was 3.5. staff was not properly trained, though they were nice people. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, not coordinated. Edited review: had a bad experience here recently where after an hour of being seated, staff came over and put a plastic divider at the table. Nobody could explain why other tables where people were seated in exactly the same proximity were without plastic dividers. Asked for a manager but ultimately I got a bell boy from the front door of the hotel. He was very courteous and did his best to apologize, but there was still no explanation for what happened or why a bell boy had to stand in for...

我們到時咖啡廳只有一組客人，一位服務人員與看似主管的人在櫃台，說明有預定位置後，便安排我們坐下，我與太太各點一份牛肉起司堡，接者便悠閒的等待餐點到來。

但等了快半小時，（當時餐廳只有2組2-3位的客人）。後來有位看似主管的人過來跟我們說，今天沒有牛肉起司堡，看我們是否要點別的。

什麼～沒有牛肉起司堡，我們就是專程來吃的耶，看了一下時間，已經快12:15分了，在我們坐了快三十分，然後跟我們說沒有牛肉起司堡的麵包，期間沒有任何其他客人點餐或忙碌，然後給了我們一個很瞎的理由，因為最近點牛肉起司堡的外國人很多，因此沒有麵包無法出餐。

這位看似主管的小姐，你在跟我們開玩笑嗎？飯店都不做庫存管理的嗎？若真的沒有麵包，前天叫廠商送來也來得及，即便今天來不及中午前送到，開門營業前不是都會告知外場人員，今天有什麼餐無法出嗎？這位小姐的回覆也相當神奇，因為服務人員去廚房不在，我又正好有客人，因此無法於第一時間告知。

好一個有客人要忙(我看櫃台也只有一位臨櫃客人)，所以你讓我們等了快三十分鐘，最後才告知今天沒有牛肉起司堡，原因是沒有麵包，因為最近多外國人點，導致麵包不夠用？也已經反應上去了，既然這現象已存在一陣子，為何不做好庫存管理以及外場的教育訓練呢？

我與太太原本有行程上的安排，沒想到竟遇到如此差勁的服務態度與如此天馬行空的回覆，這完全不是五星級飯店應有的服務態度，以及做事的應對方法，只能說相當相當的失望。

最後～為了不影響我們接下來的行程，我與太太到麥當勞點了兩份雙層四盎司牛肉堡，最起碼我們不用受氣、不用等那麼久、不會沒人理我們、不...
