我們到時咖啡廳只有一組客人,一位服務人員與看似主管的人在櫃台,說明有預定位置後,便安排我們坐下,我與太太各點一份牛肉起司堡,接者便悠閒的等待餐點到來。
但等了快半小時,(當時餐廳只有2組2-3位的客人)。後來有位看似主管的人過來跟我們說,今天沒有牛肉起司堡,看我們是否要點別的。
什麼~沒有牛肉起司堡,我們就是專程來吃的耶,看了一下時間,已經快12:15分了,在我們坐了快三十分,然後跟我們說沒有牛肉起司堡的麵包,期間沒有任何其他客人點餐或忙碌,然後給了我們一個很瞎的理由,因為最近點牛肉起司堡的外國人很多,因此沒有麵包無法出餐。
這位看似主管的小姐,你在跟我們開玩笑嗎?飯店都不做庫存管理的嗎?若真的沒有麵包,前天叫廠商送來也來得及,即便今天來不及中午前送到,開門營業前不是都會告知外場人員,今天有什麼餐無法出嗎?這位小姐的回覆也相當神奇,因為服務人員去廚房不在,我又正好有客人,因此無法於第一時間告知。
好一個有客人要忙(我看櫃台也只有一位臨櫃客人),所以你讓我們等了快三十分鐘,最後才告知今天沒有牛肉起司堡,原因是沒有麵包,因為最近多外國人點,導致麵包不夠用?也已經反應上去了,既然這現象已存在一陣子,為何不做好庫存管理以及外場的教育訓練呢?
我與太太原本有行程上的安排,沒想到竟遇到如此差勁的服務態度與如此天馬行空的回覆,這完全不是五星級飯店應有的服務態度,以及做事的應對方法,只能說相當相當的失望。
