莞固和食 がんこ 大直店｜日本料理/內湖大直聚餐首選/包廂聚餐 — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

I went to the restaurant in a weekday at around 8:45pm. They told me that it's time for the last order. I ordered a dinner set of A5 BBQ beef with assorted sashimi, an a la carte scallop sashimi and a bottle of beer. The beer and a la carte scallop sashimi came nearly instantly after ordering. It was fresh and tasty. The set meal took around 15 minutes to serve. The meal set had 8 piece of A5 beef, a soup, some tempora and sashimi. The assorted sashimi was pretty good, especially the tuna one. The rest are okay except the A5 beef which was a bit tough.

Yet I was impressed by their services. I had some conversation with their staff about my dinning experience. They told me that the beef had not been fully unfreeze because they took the beef out of the fridge only when they receive an order. Suppose I should took the beef as the last dish to make sure it is completely unfreezing. They apologized for not reminding me for this. And they gave me detail about how they prepare meal and picking Ingredients etc. And I just notice that they are a chain restaurant of Japan and they are the first oversea branch.

The meal costed around TWD 2,200. As a set meal in a chain restaurant, it was quite expensive. But the food and service quality...

帶女兒來對面看牙科，意外看到被這家典雅外觀的日式餐廳吸引(直覺就是日本飄洋過海來台的)，查了網路決定過來嘗鮮，整體體驗不錯。

跟太太都點柔御膳+涮涮鍋 (柔御膳+牛肉鍋=1000。柔御膳+豬肉鍋=750 柔御膳單點=600) 其實點柔御膳單價600其實就超值很棒了: 整個講究的擺盤出來就直接給你偽出國的感覺(更不用說其中一位服務人員還是日本女性)。不僅如此，整個御膳裡每一道都如日本空運來台的精緻原汁原味。尤其是生魚片水準相當高(發現一片鰹魚生魚片口感特別好)。唯一可惜是類似小酒杯裡面裝的菠菜稍嫌隨便敷衍小扣分。 涮涮鍋: 我的牛肉和太太的涮涮鍋肉質都極好。牛肉肉質好外，搭配的胡麻沾醬特別好吃。雖然尊重這是原汁原味日式紙鍋的做法，但這額外的加價400元相較豬肉鍋的加價150 感覺價位仍然偏overpriced...牛肉涮涮鍋再親民一點的話會完美。 經驗兒童餐: 小朋友的兒童套餐一上菜特餐令人驚艷，有如多寶格一樣的精緻。小朋友吃的也挺開心。

環境與服務: a) 不得不佩服日本人可以把餐廳的外觀門面弄得有如一幅畫的精緻。店裡面的服務人員服裝也都清一色的日式制服再度讓你珍惜身在台北心在日本的錯覺。 b) 然而即使莞固外觀典雅，且也提供跟三井一模一樣價位的懷石料理，但實際進來餐廳體驗整體桌椅layout和裝潢，缺乏更正是包廂，加上略嫌快速的服務和上菜方式，會發現莞固終究也就僅止於很高雅的高級"食堂˙而已。真的論正式請客，真的還是明水三井環境再高一級 : 樂見台北再度出現從日本帶來精緻但又原汁原味的和食料理餐廳。雖然價位比其他日本連鎖和食餐廳高，但只要嘗第一口就可以知道他的精緻度完全是可以配上這樣的價格。即使有其他小建議改進地方，依舊5顆星送上 未來在大直區吃日本料理，如果只是家庭聚餐，或是堅持日本原汁原味，或是精緻又不過量的和食料理，莞固是非常好的選擇。(想要享受偽出國的美食體驗，來這裡也就對了);...
