MOS BURGER Changchun Songjiang Shop — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

So, I decided to try out their new "vegetarian burger today. How was it? The truth is, it pretty impressive. In the 1st picture, you can tell the color of the patty is a bit lighter than the average burger. It packs a whole lot of flavor. It is topped by sexy smoky tomato sauce, melted cheese oozing across a succulent patty, tomato slice, and lettuce and tomato. The texture of the patty is surprisingly tender, chewy, and meaty. In picture 2, the patty has lots of texture and layers. I'm not so sure what it made of but probably the soy protein fiber and mushroom fiber. The smoky taste gives the patty a wonderful barbecue flavor. However, the patty tasted somehow a little too salty in the last 1/3 part. It's not about the tomato sauce, perhaps the person who made the burger wasn't paying attention. Overall, I would give this...

The food is fine. Just like any other MOS Burger. They get my order wrong a lot.

I used to blame my not so great Chinese food their mistakes, but when my husband (Taiwanese native) orders for me, they still get it wrong.

He got tied of them getting it wrong, so he ordered, repeated his order, and asked her to read it back. Still can't out wrong.

I can only guess that the front counter records the order correctly, but the kitchen staff don't...

I love the environment of this place. It is rather quiet and spacious when compared with other stores. The seats are comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxing. I’d say it is one of my favorite stores in Taipei.
