3rd stop we stumbled on ourselves. Wife says 5 stars for the fish skin. Also very special. We have never had this.

Fuzhou balls are home made or at least we think they are. Skin of it not so great... But still good. What's special is the Pork filling. Special to us, maybe common to the locals?

Pork meat ball was also good. Really had some pieces of mushroom.

Oh, condiments... You might like it... Or not, Again, it is very different. It is not a commercial or common taste. Would you like it? Depends on your...
