Quality is inconsistent. I first ordered 4 plates of the blue fin tuna special, and the slices were thick, had good texture and color, melt-in-your-mouth, and delicious. Every other order of blue fin was thin and not as tasty as the first 4 plates. [STAY AWAY: from the marinated blue fin-- taste soo bad!] There is also a subtle fridge aftertaste from the blue fin in general.
This location needs to strengthen its cleanliness procedures. The bathroom was not very clean, and seems as if it's only cleaned once a day. One of the spoons in the cup that is on the rack by the conveyor belt was dirty. A lot of the spoons had specks of dust. I would recommend you to rinse it in the hot water dispenser before you use it.
Back to the quality, the tempura here is terrible. Whoever makes it doesn't blot the grease and oil very well. The tempura is soo oilyyy, that it's like taking a sip of oil. I have to wash down the oiliness with the tea. Even McDonald's french fries...
Read moregood food and decent automated service. multiple languages, and automated ordering tablet that sends orders directly to your table. occasionally orders get held up, be careful not to get an order accidentally doubled if you ask for help. pictured is the strawberry shaved ice which is waaaaaay bigger than I expected.
demerits for this place is that it's mildly pricier, and that the entire space is moderately cramped. expect to get separated if your group is bigger than 4, and maybe even if it's more than 2. often has a wait too.
the place is very not easy to access with a wheelchair. elevator is in the attached building and you have to weave through the world...

鮟綠魚肝 (Angler Green Fish Liver): 40 NT$
When I saw the name for the first time, I was like realllllyyy? Then being a monster, I thought that nothing can stop me so I ordered it. It tastes like mashed potatoes with a flavor of meat. I liked the texture and it's quite different compared to other sushis.
創作経魚 (Bonito): 40 NT$ Umm... it tastes good. Just like a cuttlefish. You should give it a try.
